I needed this because I had a hard time getting customers to submit reviews, now they can do it directly through email. Great app, easy to use and easy for customer to complete review. I needed assistance and the support team fixed my issued in less than an hour.

I really haven't had a store long enough to do a review of the app itself, so this will be focused on the fantastic customer support provided by the staff @ Judge.me. I added this app and it was not working the way I wanted it to, so I dumped it. They followed up with me and we had a brief back and forth resulting in the making everything right for my store. I really appreciate the support they provided, it's great when someone cares enough about their product that they go the extra mile. THANK!

In short, their support and help is SPECTACULAR! Their response is fast and they take care of business and they help you with everything you need. I'm dumb as a post which is not an issue with these guys. They fix stuff, even the smallest changes. SUPER HAPPY!

Judge.me is probably the single best review app out there, in terms of functionality and value of pricing. There are a lot of functions to set-up, but once they are done, your site will look so professional! I also noticed that they have updated new features and themes since I started using Judge.me. The customer support is always online and fast, too!

It really doesn't surprise me that they get the kind of reviews they do. Awhile back I was looking for an app to help with my store and its product reviews. I can honestly say I have found one in this app. I also don't think you can get any better when come to their support, absolutely the best. Give them a try. I think you will be quite happy.

The app is awesome, and their support team is really helpful & responsive! Was easy to customize on our website, I can edit typo's on my end, send automated Review emails, it has everything I wanted. Trying to find a solution for spam reviews which we started receiving and I reached out to their customer support and they responded within 30 minutes and gave me a good interim solution.

There is a reason they have such high reviews. If you are looking for an app to help your store with product reviews, then you have found it. I had another app that I used for product reviews and I was not very pleased. I believe it was due to my personal preference, lack of knowledge and miscommunication. When I installed this app, I was not expecting too much, but I was wrong. This is one of those apps that have so many features you don't really know where to start. I was thinking about ways where they could improve and after a couple of days, I found a few, only to look and they were already there! I love this app because it gives me much more than expected. They do have paid version, and I have not used it yet but plan on getting it in the future. I did have one problem that has yet to be solved and this is the reason for the four-star review. Their customer support team is amazing, and I was surprised that they responded to my multiple requests trying to fix this issue. For some reason, I had this problem of reviews populating on my product page more than once. They would be duplicate. I would see two of the same reviews but in different sections of my product page. I emailed them and they said they fixed it, but I would still see it, even took screenshots to show them. It was a weird thing, it only appeared on the mobile version and not the desktop. [update] I have changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. After writing my initial review, I was informed that the duplication issue I discussed should be solved. I checked my website to see if the issue was still present and it is not. My duplication issue has been resolved and I am still pleased with their service. Also, I believe I responded to all emails I received and perhaps there has been an email delivery issue, but I should have kept inquiring about the issue until it was fixed. If I have any more issues, I will be sure to reach out to support. I really appreciate the support I have been getting so far. Thank you.

We used this app to automatically handle reviews and rewards for those reviews. It is a time saver and works so well with Shopify. Anything costing more is not worth it. Also the support is AMAZING! I wish I could buy all my apps from them.

The main thing you want when working with a third party app is Customer Support. You want it quick, easy and efficiently and that's what these guys will give you. They are the best and a great way to bring in the New Year!!
