Great for collecting reviews, easy to use, set up and customize along the way. The price is fantastic and the support team is very responsive when (and if) you need them (only had to use them once for a non-critical matter).

This app does everything you need and more! Full customisation, automation and the support is outstanding! Take my money please!

I have only had this app for less than 1 day, but it is great so far! Setup was very easy. I upgraded to the Awesome plan immediately since pushing review requests to old customers was my #1 goal with a review app. Browsing my listings looks better now that you can see their hundreds of 5 star reviews :) You can see what it looks like here: https://www.shirepost.com/collections/bestsellers I contacted support to change a setting I couldn't find (my error) and I was walked through the solution within 2 minutes. Super job. EDIT: about 5 days after install. I was able to send 4k emails to past subscribers and have gotten around 400 reviews back, around 10% response rate, which is better than I had expected. The front page widget that scrolls through recent (or manually chosen) reviews looks great! The only downside is that I still haven't seen the reviews show up in Google Shopping listings. I'm going to give it another week or two before investigating further. Number of reviews and ratings appeared in regular Google searches before getting this app.

The support for this app was incredible! I must admit, it took a lot of work and time on my part to update the csv form because of the migration from Etsy. Outstanding app to put more credibility to your products. Manual installation was a little bit hard but pretty doable just following a detailed instruction. Overall I'm very satisfied with this app.

Have been using the basic app for a while and works great. Just recently added video reviews. In setting up the video feature, the support has been extremely prompt and helpful. It's easy too.

There is a problem at the beginning when I install the judge.me widget on pagefly, the review widget appeared on the bottom and also on top. With the help from Judge.me team, they fixed this issue with their efforts, all i have to do is wait them at the same time. I appreciate the patience and helpful attitude.
