We just installed this app a few days ago to get our reviews to help with conversions more. I love the summary of reviews that is at the top of each section. It makes our product pages look really professional and legitimate. I love that customers can upload photos (we have the paid version). There is a lot of flexibility with customizations. And when I needed help with how the carousel widget appeared on my home page, the support team was ready to jump in and fix it right away. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!

This app is of great use. Really Like it. Customer service also a treat and easy to work with as they immediately understand your issue.

Being a full-time web designer, I've been through too many apps to count, review ones especially. Judge.me has a super easy-to-use dashboard interface. You'll never have to search too hard to find what you need, including support from the Judge.me team. Support, as with most apps, is key to making my job an easier one. Really great app, was so easy to set up and customise to fit the look of our store. The Judge.me team also imported all of our existing Trustpilot product reviews really quickly at the click of a button. We've only had this app installed on our store for a couple of days thus far, but so far so good! We sent out a handful of automated emails to all customers from the past couple of months and the response has been great. Very excited to begin collecting photos with our reviews too. Would definitely recommend. (And can I just take a second to talk about how affordable it is compared to other solutions - and with seemingly more features?! 5*)

The customer support is AMAZING they helped me with the whole importing and exporting process as well as working out some other bugs I had. Plus the app is very helpful. Great all around.

This is a great app; it's just what I needed. It looks great on my website and I love that it sends emails to customers automatically to request a review. However, I wish there was a function where it would automatically send emails to thank customers for writing a review. Currently, we have to manually do it ourselves. I hope jJudgeme adds this must needed feature.

Install was effortless as developer set up all the required widgets for me. Import of reviews from Shopify's default review app worked flawlessly. Can't believe how easy it was to set up such a powerful app.

I transferred to this App from another review app that did´t provide all the functionalities I was hoping for. But this one does! On top I have to highlight that the customer service is TOP NOTCH!! I get a response within only 2-4 minutes and changes I have asked for are IMMEDIATELY put into practice. Just wonderful to know that support is there when you need it without any waiting time :))

I love this app! It does exactly what I want, which is product reviews and displays them really well. The average rating displays neatly on the collection page, and then the individual reviews are available on the product page. The reviews look great on the website, and appear 'integrated' rather than an add-on, with the colours and fonts matching my theme. The app is super easy to install and the support is great. They responded very quickly and were able to make the changes I wanted. Reviews can be left by both online customers (who are prompted by email and then show up as 'verified') and by other customers, which is great as a decent percentage of my sales come from POS at markets/events etc in addition to the online sales. I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for reviews on their website :).

Hands down the best review app for Shopify! I rely heavily on customer reviews on my store https://mybeddy.com/ and without this app life would be so much harder! The free plan has Rich Snippets, which helps a lot with SEO and CTR on search engines. It's perfect for those starting out. And when you grow, it's well worth upgrading to Awesome plan for a ton of extra features. Go Judge.me team! :)
