this is a very handy app. The automatic request for reviews is a massive time saver and the Q&A is a must have to save on support tickets. This gives your site a bit of a "Amazon style" review and question system which works great since its what most are use too. Super great customer support as well. Quick answers and support.

The most responsive app developer I have ever worked with. We used the shopify developed app for years, but recently found it was causing issues with google reading the site's schema. So far, this app is amazing and is not showing that issue.

Fantastic app. Lots of options and functionality but actually very easy to set up. I really like that the free plan is actually very useful and that the incentive to upgrade is simply that the upgrade adds next-level functionality. I asked support a pre-set up question and they answered VERY quickly. I asked support for some help and info after install and set up and they were just as fast. They provided additional helpful info and basically went above and beyond. The support documents are well written and thorough. All the options that I'd hoped for are available. A very useful app that I believe will increase my sales.
