I have been using this application for over 3 years. Therefore I can say confidently that I am very happy with their service - love how integrates with google reviews, love its interaction with my customers, love the integration with my text software and love how timely they answer and fix all my issues.

Customer service was EXCELLENT. We had a technical issue that was quite difficult to solve however, it was fixed and we're SUPER happy!

I love this app, it keeps track of when to send reviews and you can get picture reviews too. Customer service is great, if I have any problems they reply within 2 mins to solve the problem!

Amazing support! App works really well too. I was previously using a more expensive plugin but I decided to move to these guys. Much more affordable and the integrations are so much easier to configure/customise. Highly reccomend.

Great app! The Free version is pretty good. I have received lots of new customer reviews, therefore getting some much needed social proof for potential customers. I'll be upgrading to the paid version soon, so I can access the other features.
