Great app so far, email and tech support has been fantastic, quick responses and they've been able to help with everything I've requested.

The app is so beautiful, useful And effective. But the cherry on the cake is the support service. It is the most reactive service I have ever seen (couple of minutes). So if you struggle with anything, don’t waste anytime, contact directly the support (thanks again Louis) . I recommand this must have app.

It's rare I leave a review on anything let alone an app, but the Judge.me team has been so helpful and awesome I had to. best review app on shopify by far.

I've had an exceptionally good experience using this - still on the free plan though the additional features are looking pretty enticing now. By far the best review app I found and doesn't cost an arm and a leg like others.

Leonardo, Anne, and the others in Customer Service are great. Got the app, they installed everything I needed, where i wanted it in my theme in less than one hour, and by just sending them 3 emails. Boom. No need to do anything. It looks great.

Great support team, they respond very fast and very quality. Support is the most important thing for store owners when they have questions/troubles.

So far so good!! The support from these guys is amazing, helped set up our store code and answered any questions I had. I'm not a novice when it comes to coding but I would HIGHLY recommend getting Judge.me to set your store up for you and not going it alone! We decided to move from a larger review company to Judge.me and so far it does everything and more that the other company did. We had no issues importing all of of our reviews over and having them verified (which we provided proof for). One thing I would LOVE to be able to do which I could with our previous provider is to send separate review collection emails. For example 14 days after purchase send a service/shop review and then 7 days after that send a product review email to the customer, or vice versa. If I had that ability I'd be one extremely happy camper!!!

The support staff is AMAZING! They have manually made sure all my reviews were corrected as verified as when they uploaded it didn't verify, which to me looked bad (like fake reviews), after proving the reviews were real and for my site on another platform, they corrected the issue. Highly recommend.
