App does exactly what it says...but the support is amazing. I have the free plan currently and these folks are still willing to help out nearly immediately even on a Sunday. That is unreal!

Unheard of support - PJ hand held and instilled confidence both in his app and his knowledge of SEO & rich snippets. The app is marvelously easy to install (previously used Yotpo), incredibly affordable, AND PJ's open to feedback and feature requests. We can only hope he expands his portfolio of apps.

I have been so very stressed for the past couple of days with other apps trying to import my reviews from Etsy. Coming to Judge.Me has been the best problem solving experience i've had on Shopify. Life savers! SO happy. I also recently had someone bombard my store with fake negative reviews and the CS team was quick to respond on how to only let my customers review.

I've been using this app for almost 2 years. No issues. I love the automated reminders that get sent out to my customers. Makes the entire process totally handsoff. Whenever I have questions, I use the chat feature on the website and there is someone to answer my questions in under 5 mins (which isn't the case with many other apps I've tried). Love the support and attention to detail.

I started using it today. Bought the payed version, wanted some custom features and I got a reply in less than an hour, with all the work done. Wow.
