Excellent app and hands down the best customer support we have experienced. No matter what time of day/night it is they respond within 3 minutes and solve all of our issues and guidance smoothly and exact. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. The price is unbelievable compared to other review apps and it's a small price to pay the have full google integration with the star ratings. Highly recommended

This app is great to gather customer reviews. Support are on hand and ready to help when you need them! I've had all my questions answered within minutes. Would love them to develop their multilanguage features further. But would recommend 100%

THE BEST! So simple to use, great looking layout, awesome extra features like sending customers coupons when the leave a review, also a great security feature that lets you weed out non-verified buyers from leaving (bad) reviews for free discount codes or other mischievous reasons .. I have not gotten to use the app in practice yet, as we have not launched. But in terms of design it looks amazing. Also had a few technical issues which was handled in a quick and super polite fashion - could not be more happy with the service!

I use the app for customer reviews. It works very well but the best part about it is the customer support. They responded quickly and effectively and will always provide a workaround.

We wanted a Reviews App which allowed us to send out unlimited requests. It wasn't an easy job to transfer all our existing reviews as we had some anomalies in there but Judge.me were responsive, easy to communicate with and did a great job. Would really recommend them!

The app works well and it integrates with google merchant center. Whenever support is needed they're there and eager to help. Theme integration is simple and done by Judge.me support team even when the integration breaks due to changes in the theme - they're proactive. Highly recommend.

App work well, makes the shop look good, and if you ever run into any issues, they are there finding solutions and addressing concerns. For me, customer service is a must and they have this covered!
