Granted, I am still very new to this app, but a couple of things are pretty clear to me even at this early stage: 1) Judge.me is a very feature-rich app and seems to have pretty much everything a modern e-commerce site needs to professionally handle reviews. There doesn't seem to have much competition in this space. 2) What's even more impressive is their tech support: extremely fast, very very knowledgeable and totally goes out of their way to help you; all of which is pretty rare these days. So all in all, very satisfied with judge.me.

I used this app to help me show my customers that my store and products are credible. Great customer service and pretty simple to use. I had a small issue, emailed them and it was fixed within the hour.

The live chat is prompt and they are always able to answer my question within minutes. I've used other review apps and this is the best one by far!

Super quick and easy to install. WOW customer service was lightning fast. Thang was super helpful. He adjusted a colour to work with my brand and quickly sent through screenshots.
