Just started with them but the support is amazing! Helped me in switching over from my other app and all that is involved with that.

Fast customer support, so far so good. The apps got a lot of features, can customise and edit reviews, definitely worth the $15.

Customer support is so responsive and really goes to the next level to help tweak and ensure you get the functionality and aesthetic that you're after. Very happy with the Judge.me team - they were just as responsive & helpful on day 1 as they have been today, months later.

This app works just as it says it does - lots of great reviews from existing customers and integrates well with Facebook and other social media. Support is fast and very helpful. Highly recommended.

So far, the app looks great on our site. Judge.Me was quick to respond to our questions and fix changes for us through chat and email, which was great especially while we were setting up the widget and email templates. Support is great!

This app has a TON of awesome features! It's $15/month, but I've replaced 4 other apps with this, which actually saves me about $5/month. Also, their customer service responds insanely fast!

The one hallmark of Judge.me is the response time in dealing with queries and customer satisfaction! I guess they are in it for the long haul.

Forget about Loox and all other customer notification applications. JUDGE.ME is the best customer review application. I would like to take my hat off to JUDGE.ME customer support and especially to Leonardo who is a magician. He solves all your problems with patience and kindness. I wish the JUDGE.ME team a lot of success.

Judge.Me has been a welcome change to the way we request our reviews from customers. The team responded quite fast to changing the app to match my website CSS, they dealt with any issues I had, and found transitioning to their app quite easy. Would definitely recommend.

At first, this app can be overwhelming, as it has soo many futures but support is great and I got reviews from my customer's straightaway... The best thing about this app is the built-in review system in email, so customers don't have leave there email to put a review on your website. for improvement, make the app more user friendly as it has too much text and very little Images to help you navigate the app. but overall it's a great app. Support is very quick to reply as well.

For some reason, my Shopify theme wasn't showing the correct review count. Louis in customer support had the issue resolved within a couple of hours! Appreciate the quick turnaround!
