The best support so far from all Review apps we tested. The menu within the app is a little bit too clustered for our taste and the UI could improve heavily, but it works and the support replies via Live Chat feature within seconds. They even help installing and customizing requests we had. Thanks LAM! This is outstanding.

UPDATE: After a year of use it's still working great and customer support is fantastic. We purchased a new theme recently and the Judgeme files were installed by customer support in less than 5 minutes. This is an amazing app. We were successful in importing our numerous reviews from Etsy - not easy, but we did get the workflow up and running. The app is super customizable. We haven't had to contact support yet, everything is working well. And the review "page" looks just like a Pinterest page, images and reviews. Nice. Thanks for creating a review app that just works, and works well.

They were quick to install the plugin and set it up where I needed it to go, despite having a theme that wasn't automatic. Out of the box it looks perfect. I wish Sitejabber exported reviews, or I wish there was an integration between them. I did the CSV file manually but it isn't their fault. Thanks!
