Great app and their customer service is really amazing! I am always able to chat with someone and if they aren't there they get back to me very quickly.

Have been using this app for a few months and so far so good. I love that customer service is very responsive whenever I reach out with a question.

I've tested out a few Review apps and this one is by far the best!! It's one thing when the app performs well, but it's like icing on the cake when you have a support team that's awesome as well!!! I submitted a question via email to support and within 10mins I received a follow up informing me that the issue has been fixed!! Great app and even better support!

I've been super happy with this app. We set it up without issue, and the customer support has been AWESOME. I've only had a couple of questions but both times the response from support has been super quick and they answered my questions right away.

I've been very happy with this app since I installed it. We're currently changing themes and the Judge.me team automatically installed it into our new theme which was great. I wanted a change in where the reviews came up, and they did it straight away for me. Fabulous customer service!

Loving the app so far, like the verified badge as it shows customers he products are the real deal, especially the customer service they are very helpful.

This is the best review app I've found so far! Also very good and quick customer service! I had a problem because my reviews weren't showing on the product page and they helped me within a few minutes and the problem was solved!

Excellent app, poor customer service. Need to beg and argue to get a simple task completed. Frustrating experiences. - Seriously we do not prefer any communication further on this matter. Getting one single line of liquid code already need us to send a couple of e-mails, having your CS staff saying No No No No No. Wish this review section have image upload option so I can show all people the e-mail correspondences we had yesterday.

I used this APP to have reviews on my HTML5 Website. All my products show 0 units, even though my Shopify stock has units on all of them. Can't seem to get past this stage, so basically no way to integrate this widget. I guess the APP is good for Shopify stores, but not for pure integration. They do have an API, but it does not seem to work. The problem can also be on my side, even though I am quite used to integrating APIs of payment gateways, invoice softwares, etc which are usually way more complex. This one is pretty simple, it just does not seem to work. Cheers

I like to wait before leaving reviews. Been using for a few months and love it. Had a couple problems after updating theme and Judge.me was there everytime asked we asked for help. Almost every problem created has been by us or our theme and Judge.me helped get right again. You guys are awsome!

The support is amazing, and I like the interface. It is easy to setup. I wish they would make the interface a little cleaner and clearer though.
