Great. I'm newbie and I have created the app, so I don't know how to use it, especially ọn setting the app I received the answer rapidly by Kien. He helped me so much and I'm much appreciated!

Perfect customer service! I recently changed the theme to my store and the Judge.me app was re-integrated the same day without any prompting on my part. There was a minor issue with the homepage display and Louis correctly the issue instantly. Thank you Judge.me team!

Great review app that easily integrates into shopify. Rich seo text snippits are a huge plus, and all my reviews are being read correctly by google. I can even see how many reviews my product has when I google it! But I'm not a huge fan of the need for people to approve the edits to a review. As a nutritional supplement company we can't have any unapproved medical claims on our site, so we clean up our reviews to remove these terms even if they did help the clients. But now we're having clients disapprove our changes, despite the need to change them to be compliant with the FTC. It's hard to explain this concept to customers who feel the products work. But other than the clients being able to deny our reviews, good job!

This app is great, there were some small issues, but after contacting the support team, they resolved everything quickly. Now I enjoy the app again to the fullest.

Fantastic app and service! I'm moving from a different reviews app which did maybe 20% of what Judge.me does and charged way more, with far slower service. Judge.me is very impressive in the amount of functionality in their app, the flexibility they offer, the ease of use and most importantly the fabulous support they give when we need it. They are just the best, would highly recommend moving to this app!

We used to use YotPo which was a much more expensive system. The switch to Judge.Me was seamless, simple, easy to get set up and perfectly integrates with our store plus a lot lot cheaper without any loss in quality! It's been so good that we now have it set up on 3 brands across 9 Shopify stores. When we have had questions or needed some help support have been great too. Couldn't be happier and would recommend to everyone.

I've been very happy with this app since I installed it. We're currently changing themes and the Judge.me team automatically installed it into our new theme which was great. I wanted a change in where the reviews came up, and they did it straight away for me. Fabulous customer service!
