Awesome app helped me gain social proof from my sales on Shopify. I upgraded to the Awesome plan and couldn't be happier.

Easy to use. The automated install was ridiculously simple and flawless. And this thing has all the features you could want in a review app.

Excellent value for money. Does the same thing as more expensive apps. Customer service is great (replies within minutes sometimes). However, one thing to note is the concierge service put the reviews widget in the wrong place (website footer), and then in the wrong place a second time after I asked them to move it (albeit a bit closer to where it should have been for the second try). I ended up sorting it myself. Only a very minor issue and it would certainly not detract from me recommending them to others. Thanks!

I used this app to import product reviews from Ali Express. Reviews are an invaluable part of a customer's shopping experience and I am sure when launched this will be a massive help. Thank you!

Best customer service I’ve experienced! I had a couple things I wanted changed to the layout of the reviews and Lam, the customer service assistant made the changes within minutes!! Never experienced this before haha. Thanks team and thanks Lam! You the man!

I like how easy it is to import reviews and the customer service is GREAT! I got stuck for a minute because my formatting was off on my CSV file but I use the chatbox and "Phat" helped me resolve the issue. Use Google Sheets to create your CSV file and follow the formatting for your headers and data that this Judge.Me link provides. I've had a little issue with displaying my reviews on desktop. I wrote to support on Saturday, right? The guy named Louis came up to me in literally 2 minutes and all issues solving process took 5 minutes. Pretty fast service. Recommend

Love the app, displays my reviews exactly the way i wanted. The customizations for emails are excellent but the customer service is on another level.
