I transferred to this app after using a much more expensive alternative Reviews App. Have to say, having added this to 2 different sites, that I have been impressed with the ease of use and also the support has been 5 Star! Yes, there is slightly less options than the previous app but in fact this makes it easier to work with, quicker on the page and actually made me question the need for the alternative "extras" Thanks to Judge.me for an excellent Reviews App and the associated support.

It's an awesome app and customer service is great! anything I needed the customer service team had it done in less than 10 minutes.

I used this app to collect reviews. It automatically sends an email request after a specified number of days that you can set in the preferences section of this app. Instead of having to do this by hand and keep track everything myself on a spreadsheet and updating the spreadsheet when I send a review request out. They also have a concierge service that helps layout the dodge to widgets and get the them installed right. Their support team is prompt in their response and will take care of all this for you!

I like this app but don't like that basic features are only available with upgrade. I am very pleased with the chat agent HAMZA, though. He helped me set up the review widget and fixed the designs cause i could not. He was so patient and understanding. Thank you Hamza.
