I was back and forth between whether to install this app or Loox. At first based upon the good price, I chose Judge.me I have to say that I am more than happy to have done so. First of all, I have all the features relevant to me, second the reviews look good on my page, third the support is faster than lightspeed, and last but not least: I had an issue with an old CSV file I asked support for help. To my pleasant surprise, not only did they provide me with helpful instructions, but they actually took over and fixed everything I asked for. Overall very happy!

I tested so many review apps and eventually left a bunch of snippets that were stuck on my site. The team not only responded in less than 5 mins but also fixed the issue which was not originally theirs to fix. Thanks to you Annie

Customer support has been very responsive and helpful. Happy we installed this app. Functionally, there are some things that would make it better and I hope you continue to develop the app. It would nice to be able to program app to send a different version of the review request for the 2nd and 3rd reminders instead of only being able to send the same email(s) to everyone. I have had some problems with text formatting in the request emails. Again, great customer service.

Wow. I never write reviews (which is kind of ironic haha) but I just emailed customer support, they responded so quickly and coded what needed to be changed within hours! I'm so impressed!! Fantastic customer support!

This app is easy to install and customisable. I've now been using the free version a year and it works really well. 15% of our customers have left glowing reviews which provides social proof to encouraging others to buy. This is an essential app for your shop and its free! Customer support is also responsive and helpful to questions although I've never had any actual issues with the app. I highly recommend this in fact I'm now considering upgrading to the paid version.
