Support was awesome, was using a custom theme and the reviews were not showing up at all. Quynh was able to fix it And I am happy it went well :) it was a pleasant migration from the previous reviews app I was using.

I have always chosen this app over the others because it is great for my store's customers, easy to use and has a wonderful internal support system. I had an issue with my page, notified shopify who then got in touch with judge.me support. Without hesitation they fixed the problem. Very thankful and will continue to use this App as long as I have a store.

Updated our Theme in the shop. The reviews were not showing up. Contacted Support and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Amazing!

I have used this app on my store for a few months now. It works well. One of the best features is the integration. The emails go out after the item has been received. Which is great. We have had a great deal of good feedback by using this app.

So far so good, fits all the needs I have, easily integrated into my store and is visually blending well with my broadcast theme. The customer service is super quick and helpful!

Judge.me is an excellent service for a fraction of the price of other comparable apps that pretty much do the same thing. I would highly recommend this app. One new feature I would like to see is improved email options or integration with other email providers. I do really like that customers can write their review in the email they receive which converts a lot more reviews.

Very nice app, I tried several other review apps, but most of them did not work properly. Judge.me is very easy to use, I also managed to import my Etsy shop reviews and verifying was easy and fast. Thank you!

This is the Best review app. I have uninstalled another because they couldn't fix a basic thing and not a good experience with their support team. Complete contrast with Judge.me team. . Great service! I had a "itemReviewed" error showed up in Google Search Console and emailed them for help. They fixed the error within 1 day. Very effective and professional. Great App also. Recommend to everyone.
