It's been a great experience with the app so far. I needed a little help to customize the widget review with my theme, and the support theme was very quick to help me out.

Great App and good service follow up. We weren't sure about the interface at first but found that the functionality to be quite thorough.

Update 1 (10/03/2021): A professional reviews application and a very professional support team to assist you should you have any questions. I have literally 0 experience with development of website or how this app would integrate with my store.. they made the process so much more better! :) It was an amazing experience, cannot recommend them any more! Update 2 (30/05/2021): I had an issue with something that I had created due to installing an application but the Judge.me resolved this for me in a very friendly and professional manner. Thank you so much for your help. Forever grateful!!

Very flexible app. I was able to set it up for shop reviews on TrustPilot (which is more important for me at the moment) and product reviews with the help of support. I've had this installed for several months. Support is AMAZING and FAST. It's almost as if they are able to read my support request before I even click 'send'. They also don't give you a hard time if you have to downgrade to the free version. If you're looking for a review app, don't hesitate - at a minimum, try it out.
