I have been using this app for a while, found it best for reviews. They have multiple options to import reviews as well. Friendly & responsive customer support as well. I will definitely recommend this app.

Great review app! You can do so much with the free version already! And I guess when you start making sales, you can always upgrade to the paid version, support was helpful and quick in settling my issues as well. It's really helpful that you can import reviews from AliExpress and edit those with broken grammer, only wish it could import reviews from Amazon but I understand that's more of a license issue from Amazon.

Very recommend this APP! I've compared some review apps for a few days, and decide to use Judge.me finally. Firstly, the price is really good! The awesome plan almost includes the features I needed, I'm confused why it's so pricey than any others although. But it doesn't disappoint me. Secondly, the service is responsive and effective! I asked for lots of customization, and they take the requests with no extra fees. What a great job there! So impressed with this APP and the customer service, if you wanna good review APP with really good price, I think it's the best choice!

I had some issues with removing old product reviews from the review carousel and Omar from the support team has helped me solve it. I really like using this app since it's so easy to use and has so many features, even in the free version. I highly recommend using the app!

This app is all shades of amazing and the customer care response is over and beyond. I could not write this review about 2 weeks ago when i wanted to cos to technical difficulties on my end and i promised the customer care rep who helped me then that i was going to keep trying until i could. This is me keeping my word. This app is worth it.

I was using the free version of Judge.me in our WooCommerce site, but upgraded to the 'Awesome Plan' when migrating to Shopify. The additional customisation features are well worth the monthly $$$... but what has impressed me most is the support from multiple Judge.me team members. Not only are they quicker to reply than expected, nothing seems to be a problem, leaving me 100% satisfied :)

So far so good! I had a small issue and Juan was able to fix it within 4 minutes. I'm still new and learning the platform but so far I have no complaints.

Very easy to use. Very easy to install. I can also manually send a review request for past purchases. I've had a couple of questions and needed help and they are very very quick to respond, even on NZ time! I never spent time waiting the next day for an answer. Thanks guys. Great product.

Absolutely wonderful review app- it was just what we needed. We are looking forward to growing with Judge.me. I love how it displays reviews and makes it so people cant spam fake reviews as well. I messaged really late in the evening/early morning with a few technical questions and someone replied right away. I was so impressed. they not only replied they pointed me to what i had set up incorrectly and helped me fix it promptly as well. Love Judge.me
