There was a small problem with the installation (I think it was my mistake). The support team decided everything within one hour! I have not seen such quick support! Everything works and highly recommend!

I have just started using this app and its fantastic! The installation worked perfectly, and the support team has been really helpful in quickly answering all my queries. I moved to Judge me from the Shopify review app.

Awesome product. 10/10. Their free plan got everything you need, however, if you want to change the default setting of review order then go for the Awesome plan. Worth every penny. Amazing customer support, can't recommend enough.

Amazing app, great value for money and seamless integration and importing of past reviews! I actually spent an entire afternoon trying out other review app offerings e.g. Yotpo, Reviews.IO, and found that they were so pricey and did not like that their pricing model was based on orders/customer size. With Judge.Me, I can rest assured that I can continue using this app as my business scales, without worrying about hefty fees in the future. Also proud of the (mostly) Asian developer team, as I'm a business owner from Singapore :) Great job team!!

We replaced Yotpo with Judge.me and not only has it saved us a lot of money, but it's support service has been wonderful. They are very responsive and willing to code when needed.

One of the great app in shopify app store. I must say the app is great. What I love the most is their customer support. They are always willing to help whether you are in free or paid plan.

BEST app I've used so far. The customer service is top-notch. They set up the entire thing and moved over all of my reviews from my Volusion shop. They even set up the colors to match my branding. Excellent app, excellent customer service.

Not only is the features available in the app outstanding, but the support is STELLAR. One feature was being a pain for me and the support had it resolved within an hour of me submitting a ticket. That speed level of support is just unheard of. Free and Paid plans. And not the kind of free plan where you get like 1 feature for a few days and then have to pay. No, a fully functional solid app for free. These guys and their products are top notch.

After 2 days, the app seems great. Even allows you to send review requests to past shoppers to kick start your reviews. Abundance of settings - the Support team installed it free of charge, and upon contacting them for a quick tweak you get a reply and solution within hours. Outstanding support.

I discovered this app by luck. Now I can say it is one of my essentials. A lot of features for a fraction of the price that other apps charge! Not to mention the support! Always on spot and very helpful, skilled and kind service. If you are reading this and you are looking to download an app to add social proof and make your store more professional - STOP LOOKING. Download Judge.me - and believe me - the only problem you are going to have is that you didn't discover it earlier!

The app is great! The interface is a little outdated in my opinion but you can get used it very quickly! The options offered price-wise are amazing and extra thumbs up for the team! They try their best in helping and are always quick to reply.
