I have tried almost all review apps for my shopify store. Judge.me is by far the best app as well as the most cost effective solution. It offers so many premium features which the other apps won't offer in their basic plan. Besides, all their customer support team members are just amazing. They are super friendly and patient. I've had a very smoothy onboarding assistance with them. I don't know why there were still a few store owners giving them bad reviews. I assume those sellers just tried their free plans without any patience to test all features properly. To make use of all review features efficiently and optimize your store, you are supposed to subscribe their awesome plan. The app developers really put lots of efforts to improve the app performance. Thanks, guys!

I just started using this app a few weeks ago, had to upgrade to the paid version for the stuff I needed. The $15 a month seems a bit steep, but it's doing it's job and customer support has been nothing less than amazing, with quick responses to my questions. The responses are also very thorough with step by step instructions making the solutions very easy. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic reviews app. Tried a few and I concluded that Judge.me is one of top 2 review apps if not the best. Support is also 5 stars. Upgrading plan soon.

Been using this app for about a week now. This app had all of the features I was looking for and is working really well right now. I had some issues with setup and configuration but support was able to assist me. I cannot say enough about how helpful the support group with this app has been. Incredibly fast response time, solved my problems for me and even fixed a problem with another app that was causing my store issues that I thought had been deleted. Support is great, features are working as promised - I would highly recommend this app to others looking for a great customer review solution.

General: It´s easy to install. Using the app actively since over a month. Love how much details you are able to change. Worked for me very fine. Support: Came over a little translation problem and contacted their support through the live chat. Got a quick reply and a solution within minutes. Shout out to Cesar for the quick help!!

Best Review app! There features are awesome such as the feature carousel widget and their auto emails with discounts as an option is awesome! Love their email configuration options some ways to customize just like you want it. Leaving the best for last is their customer support! WOW! they reply immediately and fix the issue right away; I never had support like this for any app or really any other support I have experienced. Great company. Keep it up!

This app is wonderful! I did need some assistance from customer support and they were great! They addressed all my issues and fixed my Preview badges on my website and now everything looks beautiful ! I highly recommend using judge me app for your Shopify store.

This is an excellent app to motivate customer in buying certain products as they apparently do tend to base their decision on reviews. We've also heard so much more feedback and know our customers much better.

This is a grate App for Setup ali reviews. It's easy to use. The support team responds is amazing. Thank you very much for the free plan.

App is great. Customer support is legendary (you will want it for configs) and genuinely helpful people and tool. I know you are looking at other apps. Perhaps you Google their website and thought the landing page is a little dated. I sure did. But don't judge Judge.me until you've used it. I previously used Shopify's native product review app as well as Stamped.io. This is by far my favorite. Bought the $15/mo plan and totally worth it.

We opened our store and four months later have 65 Google reviews, 61 Etsy and 94 on our Shopify site. All 5 star. We never would have had that with Judge.me. This 10 star app and a must have if you really want to grow your business
