Their support team is AWESOME. Juan is super helpful and very quick to respond to my questions and requests. The fixes are usually done within couple hours. He helped us set up and customized the whole app in one day.

Very good app all the functions that you need. Support is also amazing - instant and no beating around the bush. They just get it done as you want it!

So far I am pretty satisfy with the Free Judge.me apps basic functionality and their supports. Initially I was not sure about their support service team, but after few interacts with them I realize that not only they have a good product but also their support team as good as or may be better than big name companies out there. I am very impressed about their support team. Good work! Keep it up!

Very nice review app. It works excellent on our website. Review request is very useful. It also brings in returning conversions. Most importanly, it won't hurt your page speed.

I highly recommend this app! Its really easy to install and the customer support is excellent! So happy I switched over.

In general, the app was easy to set up and use, the templates were good and when I reached out to their Customer Service team they were responsive and very helpful. We ended up switching away from this app to enable us to collect images in the way we wanted, but we are a bit of a unique case. I would say this product would work very well for most stores!

I tried several review apps before choosing Judge.me which is, to me, the best review app. Very competitive price, you can automatically send several emails to get one review from your customer and it generates a file for Google Shopping.

Awesome app. Does everything you need from a review perspective. Seems like it's been around for a long time, so it has configurable settings to customize everything exactly like you want. Also - live support is unbelievable - they even help me customize parts of my store where their widgets show to make it look better.
