I think this is a very solid product review app. I spent quite some time researching other options before adding it to my store and have not been disappointed. The free plan also offers a noteworthy amount of customisation options (no coding required!), so there's nothing to lose in at least trialing it. I have also had a very positive support experience. Special mention to Génesis from the Judge.me support team who managed my latest query within about 20 minutes of me submitting it. Génesis provided clear instructions and a print-screen in his response email, allowing me to resolve my issue in minutes. I'm going to struggle waiting days for support from other apps as this sets a high benchmark!

We use Judge.me because the free version already brings all the tools we need for the beginning. Really easy to use + fast and friendly support. That's how I like my apps!

I like this app. but I would also suggest them for future update that it would auto-populate the reviews from the Marketplace to the Shopify store rather them importing it. At the moment the Judge me app is the best. And the helpdesk is MORE HELPFUL than anyone. Absolutely great staff. I was dealt by Leonardo ( not Dicaprio hehehe) and he was utmost helpful.

Used the app to import from Etsy (along with another bridge app) and it uploaded my CSV file just great!
