Very easy to install. Looks good on the page and Mark on live chat was helpful customising placement and sizing.

I was facing some issues on the the email template coding, FB and Google Ad linkages. Mark from Judge.me answered me quickly and helped to solve the issues. Thanks a lot for Mark's help.

This is one full app! So much to play with, so many options. Tried the free plan, but quickly moved onto the paid one to allow us to customise everything and lose the branding. Love the product Q&A facility which allows us to turn customer questions into valuable, searchable content - and that's just something way in the back of the app. The review format is fully customisable, so we can get review stars in our corporate colours; the carousel is great; just so much that we wanted but never expected in one app. Very worthwhile.

Gena is awesome and helped me fix all the things i needed to get fixed very promptly. I would highly recommend judge.me based on their csr's alone.

What can i say, this is the best app for reviews in the entire shopify store. Dont look for another one, install this, count on my words, also check the app for importing the reviews, it is also a beast.

I checked out a bunch of review apps before choosing this one and I'm super happy with it so far. Also lightning fast support, which is a huge plus.

Very good customer service, easy to use for customers and myself. Only 2 remarks: - would be great to have a link for customers to leave a review other than just redirecting them to the all review page. - possibility to download my template email to implement in another store.

A must have for your online store reviews the setup is easy but the range of features is very deep worth every penny we pay for.

One of the best customer services I have ever encountered on Shopify. they answer you quickly and resolve the problem or confusion with no time! And the App themes are just wonderful and very elegant style. I've been searching for the best product review app and i don't think there's any other as great as this.
