Hello, can we hide the judge me reviews on products page when there is No review? It scare customers.

Had this app for over a year and it only collected 13 reviews a year ago and no more. I upgraded to $15 a month. Still no more reviews collected via this app. All my customers went directly to my website and left their reviews directly. Just a terrible app.

I really like that you can get picture and video reviews and that the price is only $15/month. You can also connect to Google shopping. You can provide coupons to motivate customers to write reviews. Great customer support helping me with some issues! Highly recommend.

Their SUPPORT is on Fire! They answer in a few hours typically and make all the changes needed. I feel like I can always rely on them. I love this.

I had to move reviews from my previous Japanese e-commerce to Shopify. I moved it to a spreadsheet prepared by Judge.me and sent a CSV to the person in charge, and it was very helpful to fix the problem and re-upload it!
