The customer service is really helpful! I was so glad that I can talk to a real human and he solved all my issues. In particular, I faced some installation challenges which all have been resolved. The app itself is also nice and easy to use.

Exactly what I needed. The free version is incredibly powerful and way more fully featured than the Shopify Review App. And even better - they have incredible support, getting back to me in minutes when I needed a hand. Use this review app first! It can do everything you need and more.
