Great support, 24/7 for everything we need. We could have some more freedom on the customization of the widget or the email.

I am an eighty year old non-techie. The help from Judge.me support has been outstanding! They are quick to respond and are intuitive in picking up on what I need done.

My experience with Judge.me has been phenomenal. The app is great - no doubt about that. Support is extremely quick to respond and they resolve issues immediately. I am currently on the free plan, which is even more impressive! I am already thinking of upgrading to the paid plan based on how impressed I am.

So far so good! I love that I can customize the color of my stars for free and disable any unwanted features. When I had trouble displaying the stars on my homepage’s featured collection, Caesar, at customer support, was able to find the issue and enable it on my home page. Thanks!

everything works fine and the support ist the fastest Ive seen! Ive installed the app today and had 2 problems. With one E-Mail Request of mine the support solved both my problems in 3 Minutes. Very very appreciated!

I love this app and the features. Though since it is very detailed, it can be hard to navigate through the different settings. I think if there were more visuals and icons it would be easier on the eyes. But I do enjoy all the features and it really helped my business grow and I love the layout options.
