Every time I needed help editing their css to change something, they were right there to help. I appreciate support like that. And on top of that, the features they offer for 15 bucks is well worth the money!

My experience so far with using this app has been great. Of course nothing is perfect, and I do wish that there were more customizable options with the email templates, but it gets the job done far better than other similar apps and at a great price point. Their customer service is also incredible (super responsive, you get to speak to a real person, and they work to quickly solve any issues), which to me always makes the experience of using any service or product that much better.
