They have the best customer service by far! There is always someone online and ready to help. I had issues with my Google search which had some warnings they fixed everything even helped to fix the warning that wasn't related to the reviews. Love the App

They can go through the reviews to see what other customers are thinking about the products and choose the most suitable ones.

I've had an excellent experience with the judge.me team. When I request changes their team usually responds with "fixed, take a look and let me know if it is to your liking" within a few hours. More complex changes have taken a day or two, but their team is always thorough and super responsive. There's some cost to site speed, but there's always a trade off between that and functionality and their functionality delivers.

Phat and Joseph replied to my enquiries straight away! The customer service is amazing. There were a few hiccups importing reviews from a different app but they helped straight away. They also have Youtube videos for any other trouble shooting and how to use other features which is helpful. I am about to install the carousel feature whilst watching the youtube video. Overall, the app is great value and I will continue to trial the free plan until upgrading.
