Amazing value app - really rich feature set, does everything we need it to do, and one of the few apps that can sync across a multi-store set up!

I absolutely love this app, it's worth every penny, I have hundreds off amazing reviews and it allows me to contact people and correct issues (on the rare occasion) so that they can be 100% satisfied and leave a positive review if they want to. I had a small request to have something customized and support sorted it out in seconds, If customers ever query the authenticity of the website I just refer them to the reviews. This is an all round amazing app and support are friendly and efficient! Thank you Javier for helping me out this morning!

I love this app, I learned about it through a company that sent me a review, and the way you could leave a review right in the email made things so easy. Since grabbing it for my site, I couldn't ask for better service. Every time something doesn't look right I can send an email and they fix it right away. Also they are proactive, and I changed my theme and got an email letting me know they updated the app. I would highly recommend this app for your site.

Best in the business - switched from Yotpo to Judge.me and very happy - wish I had done it sooner! Support has been super quick also and helpful.

I have a theme that is not from Shopify and the Judge.me reviews were not showing, among other problems. It was a theme developer problem but the mere thought of waiting for their customer service was nerve shattering. Instead, I asked Bilal from Judge.me for assistance and he took care of all the issues in 20 minutes! I have two stores and use Judge.me on both - the free version. Fantastic, speedy customer support. This review app is good - what I would define as a 'no mess, no fuss' kind of deal, with help readily to hand. Fully recommend it and the team behind it!

J'ai utilisé d'autre apps avant mais rien à voir avec Judge.me. Il y a bcp d'options qui permettent de tout personnaliser (tous les textes peuvent être modifiés), il y a bcp d'intégrations possible ce qui n'est pas le cas de bcp d'autres app de commentaires. De plus le support est vraiment bien présent. Ils ont installé de suite tout ce qu'il fallait sur toutes les pages et ils ont répondu très rapidement à toutes les questions que j'avais. Ils ont personnalisé des bouts de codes et m'ont donné pas mal d'idées. Je trouve cette application vraiment à la pointe et je ne peux que la recommander. Merci !

The app is super good. It is basically a matter of clicks and then it is installed on your Shopify page. Also, their customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Love this App and best part is the customer service. The chat support is amazing as well as they will follow up with the email until the issue is resolved. They make one less thing to worry about in the ocean of things to do for small business owners. I highly recommend this app to the store owners to increase the credibility of the store.

I would not recommend that app, after trying that for 5 days I decided to delete it and ask to support to delete the code into my store. The design of the website is totally destroyed and the support told me they cannot delete some of them files in my store because they don't have the permission and asked me to double check everything. Bad support service

Words cant begin to explain how incredible these guys are, signed up to the app again after Coronavirus hit our business and within 5 minutes PJ, Juan & the team were customising the app to fit our websites design, and on a weekend nonetheless.
