Super fast response time on queries. Very helpful team. The app comes with so many bells and whistles. Its helped us a lot to get verified reviews. We have seen the trust in our store go up as our customers kept providing us with reviews from the email. Would recommend this to anyone looking out for a review app.

Easy to use and excellent customer service. The import file template is formatted incorrectly so you need to readjust the field formats but other than that the import process is very straightforward.

This app is fantastic, user friendly and the customer support is crazy responsive! I had an issue with the initial setup (a duplicated button) on my site, and I submitted a ticket and within 5 minutes a rep had responded and fixed the problem on my site. Highly reccommend!

The support is fast and easy, it's been 3 years now we're using this app with no issue whatsoever, recommended for all Shopify users.

This app is very useful in getting the reviews from our customers and the sync works very well. Would like to see it sync even better as we do not always have the exact same variants in both of our shops and it will not allow for a direct sync for those products. Customer service is A+ though, fast, reliable, able to fix things on the fly.

From the ease of installation and setup, to the overall look and feel on the website, etc...this app is AMAZING!

Really great review app. I have previously used a very costly review app (~$200 P/M) and was getting far fewer reviews than on judge.Me... at the end of the day that's why I've installed the app, to collect reviews and im really happy its doing a better job at a 10th of the price! Also worth mentioning that the customer service team has been exceptional, from migrating our previous reviews to solving a minor issue faced within GSC. Thanks Team!

My reviews were not showing up under my products and it took them only about 3 minutes to address the issue. This is so crucial for a small business and I truly appreciate their help!! I would 100% recommend using this app if you are not sure DO IT!
