I love this app. It’s easy to use and it’s exactly what I was looking for. My store is highly dependent on reviews and I love that customers can give their review under each product individually. Customer service is also great with assisting you with your needs.

Handy app, even the free version. When I needed support I got it within seconds using their chat, very impressed there was no bot at the other end.

I used the app to answer customer questions today. I had a little trouble navigating to find the questions, but with a little help from Cesar using their chat help, I was able to find what I needed and answer pending questions with ease.

I added this app to help increase the # of reviews I receive through their email customizations. Though it's not perfect (I wish there was a way customers could submit the review directly from the email), it works well. Turns out he widgets are also great and the service is great so I will continue on with it!

The support is really good on Judge. They think with you and help to solve your problems. In my case their was an issue with copy reviews from our other online platform. But after checking the reviews, their are verified as well! Good work Judge Me!

Fantastic app! Was able to easily import hundreds of reviews from Google and Facebook. Love the concept of "product groups" where the reviews from one product automatically appear across all of the products in the group. The logic behind the staged sending of review requests is just great! And support is almost instantaneous :)
