I requested for assistance on my review widgets for mobile because it wasn't showing up. The response was so fast. I only waited for about 5 mins for the change to happen. I highly recommend them because their customer support is like no other. Quick & responsive replies.

I used this app as a replacement for Yotpo from the early stage. Both features and support never failed me. However, don't forget to check the dashboard regularly. They keep adding new features often.

A great app for collecting and displaying reviews. But what really sets it apart is the customer service - so responsive! I updated my theme and all the custom elements I needed were installed and working inside 2 hours (on a Saturday evening!). Definitely recommend.

Judge me is a great app and has fantastic backend support. Our problem was solved within minutes! Love it.

I could not set the option for requests for old orders, and he help and guide me to success. Very good, and proffesional help.

Very prompt and polite customer service. They were available for me whenever I had any questions and while I can't comment on all of their app features since I didn't use them I will say they are a decent choice for those starting out. While I did switch to a different app since it offered more options, if you're looking for an app that isn't going to have any bug issues this is definitely a decent choice. Make sure if you want to delete their app to get into contact with them to remove all of the coding since just deleting doesn't get rid of all of it.

The customer interface is not very intuitive so it's confusing to navigate and set things up. The customer service is very helpful and responsive though so that makes it better! So glad to have a customizable review platform that sends of review requests!

Judge.me is the best review app and its is very customizable as per my needs. Also customer service is top notch.
