Great Service! I had a few doubts about installing some features in the Prestige theme and the Judge.me agent was very helpful.

The best customer service I've ever received on any of my third party apps with Shopify. The theme concierge team usually responds within minutes and I haven't had an issue yet that they can't solve. I am from Hawai'i and my business is based here -- so naturally my working hours are usually very far behind that of the rest of the world that operates during EST. The Judge.me team offers a personal experience that I can't believe is included complimentary with a free version of the app. Honestly, they're just doing it better than everyone else. Specifically Juan Chomba at Theme Support. Thank you for the best service -- you've got a customer for life :)

I went with this app based on recommendations from several people. I'm using the free version for now, but will definitely upgrade. This app is pretty simple to use. I did have a question and customer service is on top of their game. VERY quick to respond and assist! Thank you!

Excellent support received when I was having a bit of trouble at the beginning with navigating my way through the app. WIll definitely be using this app moving forward and I've already deleted the previous review app/s I was using.
