This app really helps us build some trust our store, especially since we're rather new. Also it adds content to some product pages that would otherwise look rather empty without reviews. Moreover, the live support is quick to respond, polite and effective when it comes to troubleshooting too.

Support is alway super fast and helps a lot. Also like the app for the easy review e-mails. 1 star less, because cross shop review syndication is just possible with the same SKU, which is not working for me. But nevertheless love this app!

This is an easy-to-use review app, with only small incontinences when I tried to import reviews in a different format than what Judge.Me uses, but other than that it's all good. Whenever I change anything with the judge.me, it sends me an email and allows me to just reply back to it to get customizations that I couldn't find/do, such as putting stars on a featured category page. Overall, a really good app.

great support and very easy to use app with a lot of functions already in the free version. we struggled with the DKIM settings but the support has cleared everything.

I have the paid version. The free version doesn't allow much customization, so if you want things to be on brand with colors, you gotta pay. JudgeMe is very aesthetically pleasing and easy to setup. The customer service is superb - easy to communicate and quick to resolve. Love it.

I used loox in the past, change to this since there is a free plan, the widget looks more professional, function wise i would prefer if there is an option to edit and add photos to individual reviews, or if i could manual select individual review to be added from the aliexpress page via extension. other than that, i love this app and the support!

I required support to import reviews manually via CSV from another platform. Support was fast and extremely helpful on the free plan. I ran into some issues installing it in the new Online Store 2.0 Dawn theme and received quick and excellent support
