Judge.me does it again. After my recent complaint regarding some errors in Polish translation of the default review query e-mail, the speed of the team's reaction really left me in awe. Everything looks perfect now. Also, I must admit - the level of customer service of Judge.me never ceases to amaze me. Thank you, I am beyond impressed. :)

Simple set up, fantastic price, reviews are already flooding in from the automated message setup. Slight issue customising to match our site, but live chat to support answered within 2-3 minutes and resolved in just as quick a time. Very impressed so far.

The MERCEDES of all memory foam cushions! 5 STARS PLUS... This is the most incredible product I have tried, and since fracturing my tailbone six months ago, along with serious damage to both Achilles' tendons, I feel like I am the connoisseur of every possible "doughnut", or butt pad, or any type of device other than ice and a heating pad(s) - yes, I've tried several! - that I truly feel like it is worth it to relay my experience with anyone out there needing sciatica, or coccyx pain relief. I wish I would have read about this products months and months ago!

We used to use a different review platform (which was charging us $300/month) and it had worse customer support and the feature set was lacking. These guys go above and beyond for $15/month no questions asked... unless you have a question then they have a killer support team. Pretty sure Cesar has answered 50 of my questions in the past week.

I love this review app. I use the free plan and I get a lot out of it that helps encourage customers to purchase from my store. They're also super quick to replying to any requests. I also love that whenever I change my theme, the review app is instantly reinstalled on the new theme.

So far is a good app, Product Review by Shopify is also a good app but this one is a little better. But time will give the final score, it's a little early now. I would have given the app 4.5 stars because it seems to slow down the website more than other apps of its kind.
