Va muy bien. Es fácil de usar y siempre que he tenido alguna duda me la han solucionado. Incluso tenía problemas con el código de mi página porque toqué algunas cosas que no debía y no sabía como solucionarlo y ellos me lo arreglaron directamente. Y luego ya aparte funciona para el conversion rate y todo eso. Buena app!

Contacted support via the live chat and the customer service was INCREDIBLE! I had a support agent named Jhair and he helped me multiple times and customised my review widget exactly how i wanted it. He was always available when i needed him and went out of his way to make sure i was completely satisfied. I never write reviews on anything but this is the best customer service i have ever received. WOULD RECOMMEND!

This app got every feature that an e-commerce store needs. One of the best review app. There are many customization options to choose from. Love this app.

I've recently changed from one product review app to Judge.me Product Reviews, and I can say I love the change. Judge.me provides you with so many customization options to fit with your brand identity. Also, their customer service is speedy. For instance, I sent them a message around 10 pm, and 5 minutes later, I got a response stating that they implemented the customization I wanted. 10/10 Recommend!

Super simple, easy to tailormake, inexpensive and the support team is really quick. I just switched from Yotpo. I would be nice to have an option to add reviews to Klaviyo e-mails.

Free version provides only basic functions, but the handling is intuitive and the support is great - very quick help response and fix.
