Incredible value, especially for the cost! When comparing apps it's easy to assume that the low-cost one would sacrifice key things. But that's just not the case here! The design of both the admin panel and the customer side is top notch. Implementation is easy, customization options are excellent. They even have some fancier features like setting up the tech right to ensure your stars show up in google search. To top it all off their customer service is ultra fast and friendly. Major fan of this software. It's not the first review app I've tried but it will be the last. :) Thanks, Judge.me!

Can't complain at all. I am only using the free version for now as my store is new and not pulling a heap of sales yet, but the app does everything I need it to do and has a lot of options to customise when I require. The staff are very helpful too. I have had them customise a few aspects for me and they have done a great job and are prompt.

J'ai eu quelques problèmes avec l'application après avoir installé. Pas grand chose, genre le positionnement de l'apps sur ma plateforme web et la couleur de fond. Du fait que je suis pas un expert web, j'ai demandé assistance dans leurs chat room et en 2 temps 3 mouvements tous mes problèmes était réglé. Super service. Merci encore.

I use this app for reviews on my website and love it. I like that I can choose the carousel design that I want for my main page on the website, as well as translate it in my local language in 2 clicks and the interface is really user-friendly. Also very fast and helpful customer support. Recommend it.

This is my favourite app! The free plan has great design features for small businesses starting out that don't have the budget for paid apps. My customers always get sent an email prompting them to review the product the purchased and they are able to do it easily! (at least I haven't heard of any issues from them). You also get an email when someone leaves a review and your able to reply directly to the customer thanking them for taking the time to leave their feedback. This makes the social proof/encouragement aspect of a website totally streamlined and I would highly recommend!
