Hi how to integrate my existing interakt account to shopify. In shopify, once I have added the app, it is taking me to the connect page. After I login into my interackt account, there is nothing that happens. Just to update, the Interakt called me and resolved and this in no time. Thanks for the support Interakt.

The app isn't evening opening up. it shows JSON coding type page which says result false message "['Company name is already taken']"

Really liked the features. Helpful to send automated order related notifications on WhatsApp. The new catalog feature is also amazing. Good support and overall great experience.

The app works well, but as I sell alcohol, we can´t use the API. Customer support was great, helping us deleting API and getting back to Whatsapp APP.

Very easy way to stay in touch with your customers and engage them for repeat orders and abandonment. Overall wish it had more automation options, and easier campaign management, but you can do what is needed through API.
