Great app, I have been using it for 3 years and I have tried another drop down menu app and I really disliked it. I like this one the best because it is very very simple to use, it updates immediately, there is no limit to the amount of variants, and is customizable.

I just downloaded this app, so I'm still getting started with it, but so far so good. What I really want to review is the customer service I received. Awesome. I have very little experience with setting up a website, so my knowledge for coding is nil, but I received a quick response after contacting them for help and they were great to resolve the issue.

I love the feedback from customers. I can see what they like and don't like. That is very useful in proving my store.

I used Infinite Option in combination with Uploadery to allow my customers to add extensive personalised information required for each order, everything from large text fields to checkboxes. I'm not technical at all and it was really easy set up and any parts I had difficulty with, the support team helped me straight away. I feel confident I can make the edits I need to going forward. Great app and really good support!

The more I use this app the more I like it. Not only is it a FREE app (don't get many of those) it actually works really well. I had to reach out to support about a question and they were fast to reply and went ahead and made some adjustments I wasn't aware could be done to make it even better. I was able to use Infinite Options to input more personalization fields for my jewelry company. The support team was very helpful when I had trouble with something, especially Matt V! They have videos that help you go through each step of installation and how to incorporate it in your website. I highly recommend this app!
