I used this app to add further customizable option to the limited variant options that Shopify Variables allows. I received amazing and lightning fast customer service for the questions I had in setting up the app. Highly recommend it :)

Excellent app for adding additional options for product customisation on a product page. Very useful if your product cant be purchase with a click and requires custom selection of options before adding to cart. Thank you for the App.

Complete and free, I am obliged to give 5 stars for this work! In addition, it is possible to change the price according to the customization of the product, which not all others do. It's simple and easy. However, if the content were paying, I would give a mistake: the visual is a little coarse and lacks elegance. And in the basket, the product titles have coding (letters, numbers) which is a pity. Nouvel avis : je suis sur 5 étoiles et ravie car mon probleme de codage a été réparé en quelques heures ! Quelle rapidité ! Best ever ! Français : Complet et gratuit, je suis obligée de mettre 5 étoiles pour ce travail ! En plus, il est possible de changer le prix selon la personnalisation du produit, ce que ne font pas tous les autres. C'est vraiment simple et facile. Cependant, si le contenu était payant, je donnerais une faute : le visuel est un peu grossier et manque d'élégance. Et dans le panier, les titres des produits ont du codage (des lettres, des chiffres) c'est dommage.

too much work, didn't work properly, not for me, had some options that seemed useful to my site, but was not able to get them working...

I had a problem with getting the options to show up on the back end and contacted the customer support team via chat, and Mandy not only figured out what was wrong, but went in and fixed AND made the code load more quickly! Cheers for great customer support!

I used Infinite Options for my customers to have the option of inserting monograms in my online store. I had a quite extraordinary request which probably could have be done with a fee-required app, but with the very good, friendly and quick support (!24/7!) we found a perfect workaround with this free app.

This is great app for the money (free). I will say that while the app requires some coding knowledge to really get going the customer service is outstanding and extremely helpful and fast. Kudos for making this a great experience.

Super but it automatic show things in english and it is not possible to change them in german by my self.

Their customer service is FANTASTIC!!! They helped solve my initial problem, and then trouble shot ones I didn't even know about. They fixed things for me, and walked me through how to fix things for myself, and coordinated with engineers for me! This all took under 15 min over chat! I LOVE THIS!!!!

Are use this app to add custom fields to my product pages… The team was super helpful even helping me hardcode one of my product boxes so that it would be large enough to receive 400 characters of text… Everyone was responsive and awesome! I think my sales rep was Mandy horn… Nice work everybody!

I used this app to add multiple variants on my site. I like using a mix of the check box and drop down menus and this app makes that very easy. I wish I could have the variants affect the price, but this works for now. Thank you!

I use the app to add options to the items I sellin my store. As I was adding the options, I noticed that the text ran together in terms of lining it up but didin't separate them very well. I asked for help in adjusting columns and bolding text for Titles and it was assigned to Matt Van Winkle. He quickly added code to the product page and made the adjusts just as I was hoping. It looks great!! He was quick and right on! Highly recomended.

Fantastic app, really lets you open up a ton of functional option offerings for your store. Support is also top notch considering it's a free app!

The app itself is great, but the customer service experience has been INFINITELY better! (see what I did there?!?) I was having trouble adding the correct code to make the options show on the invoice through Order Print. Matt came in like a superhero and didn't stop till he saved the day! THANK YOU!!!

Really simple to add custom fields and the support team were wonderful when I needed to tweak something.

Great customer service and the app works really well. I used this app so I could keep track of stock by item and not by variation. When I had questions and issues the customer service team followed up quickly and fixed everything right away! Highly recommeneded.

Easy installation (if you read the email!) Support team is amazing and lightning fast does exactly as promised and totally free I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Its an easy to use and install app. My only "wish" is that you could have an option for "swatches" and add color or pattern selection options with the ability to upload custom swatches for choosing.
