Amazing app!! Very easy to use, has a lot of great feature i would recommend it and the staff is great and willing to help out with whatever questions you have.

Excellent support, great app with a lot of features. I was looking for a bundle maker app since long time. They installed the app (the time saved is worth the money requested for the installation) and then they fixed an issue between the code and the store theme. Reccomended!

Great app, gives all features i need with good designs. Easy install and use. And great help with customer service, quick response and help tackle all the problems i faced. Highly recommended!

App is great! Helped us add information we needed the customer to enter about the product. Support were also great in helping us configure and use it efficiently.

this app has a SERIOUS issue. regardless of shipping checked within a product in shopify, it will add shipping rates (if one has setup general shipping say based on weight). tech support has no clue on whats the problem encountered but offered solutions etc.. ONE wonders how come there are solutions to undefined or yet to be understood problems. one only have to create a copy of a product that uses Infinite options and make a copy of the product Without IO to see this SERIOUS bug. Updates.. Logan from tech support and his follow up is great. although some of these limitations are recorded to be WIP in their pipeline, nevertheless his assurance to improve on this free app earns one more star. using this free app as it is within its limitations is definitely a 4 or 5 star product but if you have special requirements eg. not offering add-ons as standalone product sales but it's still needed to be listed as a product by Infinite Options for it to work.. it's a shame that Shopify themselves couldn't make available these granular options within their variants but there again it could be a decision to allow 3rd party apps room to make some esoteric offerings albeit less integrated..

I had some problems with the output of the entered informations. And used the chat option to get in touch with a support and they answered and helped me immedietly!

I needed this so customers could provide information about their skin care needs for free samples. Because of my theme it took me some trial and error to get it to work, I did reach out to customer support and they reply quickly. I did already have it working by then but had 2 problems, One with one function not working and the other with style. The fix the issues for me promptly. I’d have given this app a 5 star review if they bothered to respond to support queries. I’ve sent 4 support emails, all of which have been read, with no response so I’m currently left with an app that works on some orders but not others! Annoyed!

I just installed this app - and missed some important steps. I email the Customer Service , Alan, Anh & Mandy have been amazing! They quickly logged in my store and fix everything within 2 hours!

We really needed this functionality and we were surprised it wasn't built into Shopify. We tried the free version of the app but couldn't find the right place in the template to load the code -it is a custom template so it was a bit different from the instructions. We went ahead and paid the $20 to have ShopPad load it for us. Best twenty dollars we've ever spent. It was up and running within a couple hours. We love the app and ShopPad has great customer service. Highly recommend!!

I recently switched from Wordpress to Shopify, but couldn't figure out how to create a bundle option for one of my products. Mandy assisted me and brought my vision to life! I love the layout and the options. The only thing I wish the app did for bundling was track inventory. Outside of that, I would've given the app 5 stars!

I am using this app to add lots of additional options that make checkout and automation so much easier! And tech support is fantastic. I was having some issues (as I am not very tech savvy) and they were able to easily point me in the right direction and I was ready in minutes! 2 thumbs up.
