Infinite Options is a great app in general, BUT their customer service is AMAZING!!!! They are quick to answer, and are very detailed and helpful. I am more comfortable using Shopify now, because of their help! Thank you!!

I use IO to help track inventory better, and to add a variety of up-selling options and variants to my shop.

I have contacted customer support chat twice in the last 2 days and both times I have had excellent support! Very much appreciate the fast support! Definitely recommend Infinite Options.

So easy to integrate, even for us beginners!! The options are clear cut and precise. Had another app for adding personalization to my products and it slowed down my site. This one is perfect!!

I would have spent hours coding in what I needed for my product options but this app just saved me! Easy to install. I did have a few issues with the arrangement of some option but the team stepped in and did an awesome job. Have been using this for a week now. Thanks guys!!

I used this app initially to allow us to add colors and other variants that don't change the price, avoiding Shopify's 100 variant option. Infinite Options was incredibly easy to use and setup, and we now also use its add-on item option, which has significantly helped to increase our average order price! Great app, definitely one of my top 5 apps.

This app is great and we appreciate it so much. BUT.... yes there is a but. We are being honest here. I wish the format of the variants when shown on the page could be modified. Sizes, colors, orientation, etc. OVERALL extremely happy with this app. Thank you!

I contacted shoppad via their chat area because I was experiencing trouble with the alignment of infinite options with my new theme. I contacted Alan Perez and he quickly resolved my issue in minutes, a total guru. I said to myself, this is not going to be resolved until a few days, but he did it in minutes, his customer service was amazing! Def recommend infinite options

I'm a complete novice at setting up a website and all of my prints are personalised so I needed lots of options. I had a few initial problems setting up the app, but had lots of great support from Annette who was always very calm and helpful. Infinite options has been such a great asset to our company. We wanted something light weight and easy to use for our products that had some customization options. I would consider myself very picky with the layout of the options and the support team was so quick and responsive into making my vision come true! They were able to help me with all the small adjustments I needed and now the product pages look amazing! I would to give a shout out to Alan and Mandy for being such friendly and helpful people. They really made my customer experience very comfortable and knew exactly what I needed changed. The app is exactly what I was looking for. Now my customers, who may be ordering two care packages for two different kids, can include a personalized text message for both. Love their tech support...extremely helpful!

I used this to help me remove some infinite options that I had created.. the member of staff I spoke to was brilliant and really explained what I needed to do in the future!
