So far so good! I like the fact that there is unlimited free manual translation. I stopped using another app when my manual translation ran out. I can't afford every single paid app there Is out there!

This app really helped me out translating my store. The AI translation works pretty well and I´m more than satisfied.

UPDATE: Excellent customer service! Worked with Karen, who seemed friendly and willing to help. Eventually, we got the issues solved. They also added automatic (not AI) translation of items which are repeated multiple times, so no manually translating each one. Huge timesaver! Love this app and the team behind it! They even worked with Shopify to make a small part of the hard code editable. Make sure you sync your store (may take a few minutes) if you add pages (like new product) and want to translate them. Very useful and easy to use!

I used this app to translate my store. When I had a problem with the language of my new theme, they immediately took care of it and the communication was very fast and friendly!

Tha app is good and I use manual and automatic translation. I had a few issues with my page theme and this app but at the end the support team managed to resolved all my issues really quick. thanks a lot.

I just downloaded the app to test it . First approach looks easy and it integrates perfectly with my theme without extra coding . Will evaluate further and come back to rate it . I am updating my comment . Customer help desk is super fast and efficient , easy and intuitive to use and the real cherry on the cake is that it allows you to sent customer notifications in different languages based on the language selector of your theme without needing to mess-up with the notification templates . very happy withe the app. I confirm again . really satisfied with the team help and support .

Not a bad app, but the support is not-existent. I wrote an email one week ago, and I am still waiting. I am removing my subscription

Easy to use in manual version when you don't have that much of content. It covers well my needs to make a multilingual webshop.

The customer service is really good. It's easy to work in the app too. The flag thing was not working on my website and they changed it really soon. So i am really pleased and will continue and translate to more languages! The app is easy to download and works perfectly fine.

For the free version, you'll have to wait in line for the translation, but it works fine. For small sellers, the setup is simple and the accuracy is unknown

Great app! I was able to translate my entire store from Spanish to English. I translated manually (free) and it was easy, albeit a little slow but I'm very particular and prefer to do it this way. There are paid options that translate using AI, however I didn't use this option so I can say how well it works. Overall I have a good experience using the app!

Probably the best language translation app by now on shopify. Very easy to use and good customer service. Recomened to beginers and more advanced due to htlm options. Good one!

Really easy and useful tool!! I've tried in English and everything worked, now I'll try to translate to Catalan I hope is as easy as it was in English.

I think this is the best translating app out there. What will you get? Definitely an app that does what it should do, A GREAT TEAM FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that ALWAYS have solutions to your problems, and a SUPER FAST turnaround to your emails. I definitely recommend them!
