I used this app to help my overseas customer's shop easily in their preferred language. It was easy to add to my shop.

I have already tried 2 other free apps for translating my website in French however there were many bugs including not being able to translate my Home Page. I ended up using a different company that offer a free (10 days trial) but at the end realised that it was not worth the monthly cost as I have just started my business and I am on a tight budget so $10 here and there all adds up to be costly just to run a simple website. Long story short, I dowloaded this app and couldn't be happier. I had already translated my shop in French so it was just a matter of Copy and Paste (Manual translation) so it is a bit time consuming but totally worth it since I didn't have to spend a dime on it. Clean dashboard and very user friendly. They even have step-by-step guides and youtube videos for those of you that are not so tech-savy. I hesitated downloading this in the begging because of some bad reviews but I am giving it 6/5 stars. Thank you guys. I hope this review gives you the energy to do what you do best. Amazing!!! So easy to use, the only complaint I would have is that the free version only has 21000 available words to be translated by AI, but it is totally worth the price if you need more than that, and of course they have manual way of doing it too.

I have been using this app for two months now and I am really happy with it. We added three languages to our shop and it works great. Also, customer support is fast and great (thanks, Emma, for solving my problem literally an hour before New Year, when most of the world was partying).

Emma and her Team are truly remarkable. We were not able to display the language selector in the header of the Debut theme. One request, instant feedback and after 5 hours the issue was fixed. Many promise, but Hextom is ready, willing and able to truly deliver and keep the promise. A pleasure to work with them. Best rating ever.

Had an issue, support resolved it fast. I believe it's the best app for translation. The added bonus for the holidays is an absolute catch!

We use this app on the free plan at the moment (in itself a great feature not all apps provide). Everything to do with manual translation works well, does what it says on the tin. The support provided by Translate My Store was also excellent, when I got in touch they helped me out with a minor issue via email with clear instructions & friendly manner. Many thanks!

Nice. but want these features: 1. More efficient manual translation (popup disrupts flow) 2. auto-translate puts & when & is used in product text when autotranslating

This app is absolutely perfect for our needs (and also allows the flexibility to add other languages down the track). Just as important is the customer care, which has been simply outstanding (big shout out to Emma and Noah!) Highly recommended :)

the app manual translation is quite good. but never try AI translation yet. Customer service is also quite good and responses are too fast.

I have used this app for the third store, its really great and the only thing i love is that the support is really amazing and they reply me so fast and help me immediately

- Bidirectional translation: I would like to be able to translate from/to any of the available languages. - Bad UI, the "all" vs "not translated" doesn't make any sense. This must be improved. - When manually translating, it is required to save each translation. It would be nice to have a "save all" translations. - Manual translation pagination is way too short. It would be nice to have a longer list of elements. - [SOLVED] To be able to write down the name of the language: In my case, the name is wrong, and the only solution was to hide the label.

Wonderful customer service from Emma. We had a glitch due to leftover code from another App. They fixed my issue in less than 8 hours. I strongly recommend working with this App if you need your site in more than one language!

So far, it works really good for my Petitk.no, I use the manual translate option, must because is for free and I have only two languages. I am honest really happy this app is working good. Because I can afford paying for another app.

A good App so far & good customer service who have reached me by mail when they have read I had a problem. 5 starts till the moment!
