UPDATE: Five minutes after posting my previous 1 star review, I was contacted by Hextom. They have now fixed whatever problem was preventing our site from being fully translated. However my initial contact with them was January 29th - nearly 1 month ago. During that time I have emailed repeatedly and received no response. My emails to the support desk and individually to several people within the company were "never received" apparently. Draw your own conclusions. Now that the app is doing what it is supposed to, I have uprated to 3 stars. I will be watching this like a hawk from now on as I absolutely do not trust this company to deliver what they promise.

ASSISTANCE IS SIMPLY INDECENT. I wrote the first time 2 weeks ago because I have very annoying problem with translation of shop policy pages (the app translate only half of the text despite refresh). They answer me to send them the link of the page in order to fix my problem (and I did it) and then they disappeared. I wrote several emails replying to the agent who first contact me, but they didn't manage to solve the issue. They simply replied to my review here below and with another useless email by saying they didn't receive any email and to "check my inbox" (maybe their staff should check the inbox!). I replied again with 2 emails and no answer. No other contacts, no phone number, no address... just a FAQ page (useless as the assistance service!). I would have left a detailed review on the use of the app with a higher rating, but this very bad assistance service is inacceptable. For Hextom: Please, don't reply again with useless sentence like "check the inbox" or "we didn't receive emails", we need your assistance to solve problems and give a good service not to receive "something to be said".

This app is amazing!! I was able to translate my entire store using their AI software and could fix it up manually afterward. I had an issue with previous translation apps I installed in the past and they fixed it in no time. Definitely recommend.

We rely on several of the hexcom apps. Among them translation and Sales boost. They are well integrated and every step is explained in a Video. Many features are available in the free version. I haven't tried the support yet. Thanks, so far you are making my life easier.

Have just translated our (quite sizeable) website from english to french. I did it manually using the free version. It was extremely easy to use as the integration with shopify is excellent. Can't believe it is free!!! Dutch and German next and I suspect I'll subscribe to get some help from them. Support wa great too :-) Nous venons de traduire notre site web de l'anglais au français. Je l'ai fait manuellement en utilisant la version gratuite. C'était extrêmement facile à utiliser car l'intégration avec shopify est excellente. Je n'arrive pas à croire que c'est gratuit !!! Le néerlandais et l'allemand viennent ensuite et je pense que je vais m'abonner pour obtenir de l'aide de leur part. Le support est excellent aussi :-)

The app offers a friendly UI and great overview of what textblocks/assets still have to be translated (great if a colleague adds a new product, and doesn't create translated versions straight away). Support responds quickly to requests.

La parte gratis es un poco rudimentaria, pero funciona muy bien, me imagino que la parte paga es mucho mejor.

I used this app to translate my website and so far have been really happy. The free part of the app is manual translation and that is fine, just a little labour intensive depending how you have your products organised. Would definitley recommend!

Love this app! The support team never let's you down. The manual translation is as easy as it gets and the automatic translation option is great for big chunks of text. Tip: always review the automatic translation as some words have different meaning and sometimes they use the wrong translation as to what you mean to say.

I'm fully satisfied with this translation app, very easy to setup but most importantly is the support team, they are very efficient and always there to assist.

Great translation App, AI translates in decent quality and connects very well with their other apps. Shop and cart gets translated. Support is fast and very helpful
