Installed the premium version after using the free version for a while. Very easy to organise a lot of information into small tabs. Have added all our faqs and user manuals under the sections very easily. Helpful dev team. Had a small bug and sorted it in no time! Really appreciate it, thank you!

I use this app to cut down on the frequency of customer questions. This is a must-have for any store seeking good customer relations. This app does what it says! I also like their customer service. I had a slight problem with the color of my text. They responded quickly with a video that solved my problem. Thanks, guys. I like the cost too especially for someone just starting out in ecommerce. I high recommend Help Center FAQ!!!

I've just downloaded the free version of the app. It is very clearly laid out and easy to use. All elements are easily customisable to fit my store's theme. I'm trying to keep my costs low before launch, but this is one app which I may upgrade right away. The added benefits of extra categories, and social chat are very appealing....and the upgrade price is very reasonable!. Thank you for this app.

Frequently asked questions improve the credibility & trust of customers on a website. This App helps achieve this easily with its beautiful & professional presentation. Till Date I have not come across any negative experiences with the app's installation. Its recommended that you have this functionality in your site which would certainly help the user quickly get the info he is looking for.

The app is simple to set up, and it is free! Marius helped me resolving a small issue I had in less than 24 hours. I totally recommend this app, and Marius team does a great job supporting it! --------------------------- Updating the rating to 1 star since the app recently started to crash using Google Chrome (Mac), and it is nearly impossible to set up anything :-( It will freeze all the time.

The page linked from the app HelpCenter won't seem to load. So I'm forever stuck in loading screen. This app for me is completely useless and waste of time setting up.

Using HelpCenter is the right decision for a super FAQ page. I like the look and feel as well as the customer support. I would recommend it!

1) I tried to look at developer website, but URL is not correct... I wrote support telling them this and they told me how to install app??? This is not the question I asked 2) I asked them for customer websites where their app was installed.. they could not give me even one example to look at.. strange Not a good start for this app... >> after submitting this review, they got back to me. URL now works and they sent me link to demo page with FAQs so I have updated review from 1 start to 4 stars since FAQs is FREE... still unsure of paid Premium and Professional upgrades.

The free version has everything you need to get going! Can add a handful of necessary Frequently Asked Questions as needed.

The developer is so kind!! We have some problem on HelpCenter, but the developer have fixed these for a week.

I managed to organize the FAQ in an hierarchical manner. It's a convenient, user-friendly and easy to understand apps that makes the FAQ built fast and easy. The Video is clear and good to be referred to.

Find the app straightforward and very easy to use! The interface also looks great with a few nice looking templates.
