Love this App, it's easy to understand it do look my F.A.Q section professional and it's just saving metime.

Cool app. Easy to use. Would be helpful if products, images or pages could selected/linked interactive not with based on URL.

The app is simple to set up, and it is free! Marius helped me resolving a small issue I had in less than 24 hours. I totally recommend this app, and Marius team does a great job supporting it! --------------------------- Updating the rating to 1 star since the app recently started to crash using Google Chrome (Mac), and it is nearly impossible to set up anything :-( It will freeze all the time.

The page linked from the app HelpCenter won't seem to load. So I'm forever stuck in loading screen. This app for me is completely useless and waste of time setting up.

1) I tried to look at developer website, but URL is not correct... I wrote support telling them this and they told me how to install app??? This is not the question I asked 2) I asked them for customer websites where their app was installed.. they could not give me even one example to look at.. strange Not a good start for this app... >> after submitting this review, they got back to me. URL now works and they sent me link to demo page with FAQs so I have updated review from 1 start to 4 stars since FAQs is FREE... still unsure of paid Premium and Professional upgrades.

Using HelpCenter is the right decision for a super FAQ page. I like the look and feel as well as the customer support. I would recommend it!

The free version has everything you need to get going! Can add a handful of necessary Frequently Asked Questions as needed.

So Easy to SET UP!!! And the page looked so elegant and matched my theme. This is a must have on any shop.

The developer is so kind!! We have some problem on HelpCenter, but the developer have fixed these for a week.

I managed to organize the FAQ in an hierarchical manner. It's a convenient, user-friendly and easy to understand apps that makes the FAQ built fast and easy. The Video is clear and good to be referred to.

Find the app straightforward and very easy to use! The interface also looks great with a few nice looking templates.

I think this app is very good and very convenient to use, but I am still trying to see how to make the interface more beautiful, especially this app is free, it is very good for our first use of shopify, of course, if you use it , Will spend money to use in the future

Help Center is a great app that is easy to use and navigate. Would Highly recommend store owners to give it a try.
