I work at a small business and we just switched our website over to shopify's platform. Our business has been using this app for about 2 months now. The features are user-friendly and practical for our needs. It is really helpful to have the customizing abilities that can be adjusted with ease. When we had an issue with a customer email, we reached out to the support team and Brett was super helpful!

Seems great so far! Great customer service chat as well, seems like the default no-brainer app for adding extra fields to customer registration page. I tried others but this one has the up to date support for 2.0.

Works well with shopify metafields. Importing customers very easy. Design / integration is straight forward.

So far so good. Doing what we need it to do. Customer service is great. I do wish there was an intermediate payment option to be able to have access to more custom fields in the form.

I had spent a bunch of time trying to figure out how to do something, and eventually gave up and asked them if there was a way to do it, and BAM they made the change for me within an hour! Update 2023: Still excellent, and new features since my initial review in 2018 have allowed me to do lots of new things. 6 stars!

Après avoir installé l'application, nous avons pu créer sur notre site Francemains.fr, vente de centaines de produits exclusivement Made in France pour les professionnels, un formulaire d'inscription avec SIRET, ainsi qu'un formulaire pour déposer une demande de partenariat, pour les entreprises qui souhaitent rejoindre notre réseau. Avec Helium, il est possible de créer des formulaires des plus simples aux plus complexes, nous pouvons même créer des règles pour définir un nombre de caractères minimum, comme pour le SIRET. Si le formulaire vient à disparaître du site, le support intervient en quelques heures pour intervenir sur le code du thème pour trouver d'où vient l'erreur. Support très efficace. Merci à Brett de chez Helium, pour son suivi et sa réactivité. N.B : Pour information, nous sommes basés en France et le service est basé aux États Unis, il faut donc prendre en compte le décalage horaire. Les échanges par mails peuvent s'effectuer vers 21h30-22h

Very Helpful, did a great job trouble shooting my problems and was able to finish the migration process with his help

We just needed a simple way to add customer account verification to our registration form, and this was it! We have close to 200k customers imported from our old store, and I was afraid that this would put us into a price tier that was too much for the simple feature we were trying to add, but I spoke with their customer support and they assured me that we could still use the lowest tier since we're not using all of the customer management features that this app offers. The sign up forms will still work and we won't get bumped up to a higher tier automatically. Customer support is quick and friendly and easily answered all of my questions. We'll definitely keep this in mind if we do end up wanting to get into some of the more advanced features of this app. We appreciate you!

The app is fantastic. Very complete and has a system to assign processes and behaviors in a very easy way, without the need for programming and complicated configurations. In my previous review I complained that the PRO subscription only had 2 forms and it seemed to me an excessive price, but it is fair to modify my review, when the company listens to its users and makes improvements adapting to the needs of its public. Not all companies follow this policy and I congratulate the HELIUM team for expanding the number of forms. Thank you!
