Shopify is an amazing tool but... it can also be very intimidating for a newbie/nontechnical person like me. Add to that all the amazing apps and it can easily become overwhelming. I was apprehensive when I installed Growave. It's only been three days and I have a lot to learn but my fear has quickly faded. I ask a lot of "stupid questions", it's never a problem. They are answered quickly by real human beings. The hand holding is amazing. For a company selling customer experience solutions, they really practice what they preach.

Large increase in price with no real viable upgrades. I reached out to customer service and was pretty much told to downgrade to free or pay a lot more for you're already getting. No grandfathered pricing. The installation was supposed to be straightforward but took multiple E-Mails to customer service to resolve since the migrated data was not integrating into their service as intended, the original price point made it worth the try. Once everything was running as intended, I gave feedback to them as the schema that google uses to pick-up on reviews and display them in search was completely missing. Afterwards, everything worked fine and as intended. Adding new features and incentivizing an upgrade is what they should have done as opposed to locking all the current features behind a massive increase.

This was an app that I really enjoyed as their customer service was quick to respond and the functions were great. We were one of the early users when they were still offering their $9 basic plan but most of the functions have now been removed from us due to the pricing change. We wrote in to customer service explaining our situation, and for a small brand like ours, it's impossible to be paying $149 per month to retain all the features which were available from the plan they promised previously. Most apps out there would still reward their old customers who've been with them since day one, but not in the case of Growave. It's truly disappointing and now we need to find another review and loyalty app that can fit into our budget. While I appreciate the help that the team has provided for us since day one, this experience has left us speechless.

I highly recommend this app. The rewards program is wonderful + review functionality, wishlists and shoppable Instagram galleries! The level of support from the Growave team is outstanding and unbelievably responsive.

I would strongly recommend this app. The features are great and in my experience the customer support is excellent should any issue arise. Furthermore the many features of the app allows you to use this one app instead of the three or maybe even four apps that would be needed in order to get all the benefits that Growave provides.

Highly Recommend! We have successfully implemented Growave Reviews & Wishlist Functionality. The implementation was simple with all necessary functionality for an ecommerce site. And works seamlessly, with reviews, Q&A and Wishlist all utilized by our customers within days. After reaching out to the Growave Support Team for a solution to implement reviews on collection pages, both the Growave Support and Development Team implemented the solution in less than 24 hours! I was an early adopter of Growave when they just started and had 2 stores on their Basic plan which is $9/month. I have been giving a lot of feedback and invested much time and money to integrate the app into my current stores. Just recently, they announced a price plan change with the new updates. Honestly, it is just the dashboard UI update and the features generally remain the same. For me to enjoy the same set of features (VIP tiers, custom address to send email, etc), I will need to upgrade to their Growth plan, which is $149/month! That's like 16x more expensive. We are a small brand and have two stores, and it is way over our budget. I wrote in to ask the support and was told if I chose not to upgrade my plan, the dashboard would be blocked and the widgets will be disabled on your site. I am happy to see that Growave.io has grown to what it is now, but shouldn't you also take care of your early loyal customers? I wish that you had a better way to handle this as many other companies would still honor the grandfathered plan even if they introduced the price plan change (maybe without the newer features) Truly disappointed. UPDATED: Binzazir reached out to me personally and listened to our needs. In the end, she was able to convince her team to keep the existing plan for us. I changed my review to 5-stars because it is a company that truly listened to their customers.
