A completely useless app. Keep prompting to update my list of products and I have more than a thousand SKUs! All I need is a easy to use interface that can syn to my store..I do not want to waste time editing all my products just so it reads your language!

All my products were approved in less than 24hrs those who have issues about pending for weeks and months you need to manually enter some data it makes the process so much smoother, stop relying on the BOTS to do all the work for you. Update: Just setup and had my AD approved in less than 5 min. Running live now maybe the ppl who gave it 1 star should blame themselves for not understanding how the platform works.

This app is a sure fire way to demolish your sales. They publish the highest shipping rate only so it looks like it costs $100 to ship a bottle of wine (priority first overnight rate) instead of $12. They also have so many errors such as UTM missing when my products have barcodes. My products are not showing up correctly or are rejected.

this app us useless and does not work. I deleted the old app and added this app but this is by far the worst mistake!

My lord this app needs to be fixed. There are so many issues - its such a pain to use. First off, dont sign in with an email with a domain you dont want to use again, because it will force you to use it unless you create another account. Next, it couldnt verify my domain, the products tab doesnt work it keeps taking me back to the main tab. Its just an overall mess. Disgusting.

Pretty useless. Doesn't seem to ever verify anything. Products have been waiting for more than a month to be verified, the Google account never gets verified either - and thousands of products can't be removed from the que unless you go through them one by one....

its a 3rd class app only time waist, there help support don't have any knowledge, they don't know anything only ask questions and do nothing, i don't know why this unusable app made

A great product, I don't understand the criticisms about this application. for me it took +-3 days, the time that google approved the ads.

If you use your product variants for anything other than colors and sizes (i.e. special offers that you DON'T want published) you are out of luck. This app publishes all variants with no option to exclude. Shopify's advice - duplicate all your products and remove the variants! This is a huge mess for our inventory, customer service, accounting, etc. Forcing us to move to a new app without fixing this issue is very poor! What is an alternative to this app?

I downloaded this after reading through MANY of the reviews and I'm really glad I did. I'm by no means a Google Shopping expert, but I've installed it today and already have all my products approved and eligible in my Merchant Center. I really think that it has a number of poor reviews are because people are expecting this app to do ALL the work in Google Shopping and that's not necessarily the case. It's extremely effective at being an API and bringing products into your merchant center to set up for approval. If you've ever tried it the old way when you had to upload a spreadsheet with the pertinent information, you will definitely appreciate this app. But that being said, you still have to be proactive about logging into your Google Merchant Center Account and identifying any errors it's kicking back. And you still have to have an understanding of the information it's going to ask of you in your Merchant Center Account and how to properly input the data. I read a lot of reviews that said their products have been in "pending" status for weeks on end, which I think is likely because they didn't go in and finish properly setting up each product. You have to add and input all the necessary information, and then it will feed that information directly into your Merchant Center account. Learn about Google Shopping first & THEN get this app.

Helps get the API set up but have campaigns showing in Shopify which are no longer in Google Ads with no way of deleting it. Yet to use comprehensively. Updated Main Issues 1. Content API often fails to refresh meaning products expire and causing all sorts of issues - should at the very least offer the ability to click refresh all within Shopify but doesn't 2. If you have multiple shipping prices/bands - set up the shipping cost manually

We have doubled our sales from Google ads using this app. You do need to manage it and we have excluded some products that were getting too many hits but no sales. This is easy to do. We also tend to exclude low value sales items.

My products on The HBCU Alum have been "Pending" for 3 weeks now. A tad disappointed, as I hoped this would have been resolved by now.

I used this app for advertisement and it works really well. I recommend it to everyone. google ads have made my store being seen everywhere

This app does not work! Do not loose your time on it! They say it take 5-7 days to get an answer but after 2 weeks no response.

This app seems to tick over ok in the background, I keep the spend low and leave it and it seems to grow momentum the longer it stays active. But i wouldn't expect too much?

I don't have any problem and love how major functions can all be edited and updated within the app. For those experiencing sales downtime, please visit the app frequently and watch for 'not approved' products. See the reason why it wasn't approved and make changes.

Very great app, It has left me with only positive feelings about it. I honestly recommend this app.

Since having to update the old app to this version, Two months ago, I have had nothing but trouble. My sales are down 50-60%. Having contacted both Shopify and Google support several times over the last Two months, my shopping campaign has gone from bad to worse! Over half of my products were pending, however, support have re-synced the products twice and now there are only a few still "pending". Despite that, my sales, clicks, conversions and everything else have dropped. I increased my add spend, but strangely this has had no effect on my conversions/ sales. The new "Smart" campaign is terrible, with less features that the old campaigns. You get no useful support with either Shopify or Google on how to execute it correctly. My Original Google shopping app and campaign was doing really well, this app have almost ruined my business. I am at a loss as to what to do. Maybe the only option is to drop this app and go to a Paid app, and start all over again!

The app makes it simple and easy with automatic feeds to Google shopping. I’m thrilled at the conversions we are having. Integration between my google ad dashboard makes the reports very easy to understand which products are successful. The Shopify app shows which products in the dashboard that have issues to fix before they show on the Google shopping ads. I used to manually submit feeds that were so time consuming. This is painless and seamless. Highly recommend the Google shopping app.

100% worth every penny! started at $5. Now spending $30 a day. Pretty sure by the end of summer I will be in a range of $50 a day spend! Results are amazing! thanks google
