I've been using this app only a few weeks and every time I have a question or can't get something to work correctly they are very quick to help. Today I wanted the custom text field in my items to show up on the packing slips. I emailed them and Helen had it fixed in just a couple hours with the time difference.

The app is very easy to use and the functionality is excellent, although sometimes it's a little bit problematic, after contacting the official Helen helped me a lot!

So far, integration is seamless and the product is easy to use and flexible! I had some questions regarding an unexpected behavior, I've reached out to customer support and immediately got a response prompting a solution, followed up by a request to access my store and actually implement the fix. Since I have an IT background, I've also asked for information about the applied solution so I could mitigate it in the future, and all the information was provided, empowering myself as a store owner and individual! Awesome product, amazing support!

I am super happy with their incredible customer service who helped me through the process and their super quick responses. Highly recommend the app.

Just started to look around for appropriate apps for my new Shopify store. Globo seems to be one of the better options out there. Also. must add that they seem to have a super swift support team. They were very eager and quick to help me out with my clarifications regarding their app.

Helen helped me a lot, one of the functions was not available in the standard version of the plugin. They implemented the new function in less than one day. I recommend this plugin.

I never could get the app to install. It would get to step 2 of 4 and then just freeze. Uninstalled and tried again and same thing.

Cette application est idéale lorsque l'on souhaite vendre des produits personnalisés, elle est intuitive et facile d'utilisation. Aussi, le service client est vraiment au TOP ! Si vous avez besoin d'eux, ils répondent très rapidement et règlent vos problèmes sans souci, et même plus encore. Je les ai contacté pour un problème d'affichage sur mon site, ils ont même pris l'initiative de modifier les ongles de l'application afin qu'ils soient plus harmonieux avec mon thème. PS : petite mention spéciale à Hélène qui est d'une grande gentillesse et qui sa réactivité !

Globo has been a fantastic find for my small business! It's really helped me be able to offer so many customizations and simplify my order process. However, I can see how it would likely not work for everyone since it does have limitations. I've contacted customer support twice and both times they were quick to help and provide a solution. I would highly recommend installing to test if it works for your shop.

デフォルトのオプションでは管理しにくく、UIもよくなかったのでこちらのアプリを導入しました。 追加のオプションや別途かかる送料の項目に使っていますが、使い方がわかれば設定は難しくないです。ただ、日本語切替ができません。今後できるようになってくれるとありがたいです。
