Great customer service!

I had tried very unsuccessfully to add an extra item with an additional cost to a few of my products. I was so frustrated and felt like chucking in all of it! So I sent a message to Globo and explained what I was trying to do. In short, they provided me with a video of step-by-step directions to achieve my desired outcome!! And I did it myself!!! WOW!! Their customer service, easy-to-understand directions, and fast reply times are wonderful!! I highly recommend this APP to anyone who has their own website!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I installed and needed to keep upgrading to see what other features were available. The request I need isn't available after upgrading to show all the features. 15 days ago the request was sent to billing and ticket stayed there. Globo Product Options, be upfront about your features and limitations with product variants. Carrot on a stick to keep revealing features means I bypass Free 14 day window and commit to buying the subscription.
