I tried another app that would allow me to do personalized labels and gift wrap for an up-charge in my Shopify Store. I could not get it to work and no one would get back to me. I did some more research and tried Globo. I was able to get it working on my own but there was one issue that I was having in the cart. I got onto the Globo chat and a representative was able to help me with the final changes and things are working perfectly. This App was very intuitive and where I had a snag, the customer service was excellent. They are half the price of the other App subscription service, an added bonus!

Can't say enough about this app and their support team. I was assisted in no time and my issues were resolved in matter of seconds. Rosie is an asset to the company and should be rewarded.

The customer support is always helpful, specially Helen, and the app is great for its purpose. However, I would like to point there is no option to associate the selection of a variant from the app to one of the product pictures on the product page. This way, when my client is selecting a Globo variant (such as the variant for the color background of my custom poster product), a corresponding product picture should ideally appear as well to reflect the selection. At the moment, the client has to manually look for the corresponding background color from the product pictures I have available to check how it would look.

Love this app. I had an issue with one of my option sets not displaying. I contacted customer service via the chat feature and had my issue resolved immediately. I definitely recommend this app to my community of other Shopify users.

the support is amazing, in just a few hours the developer of the team fix a error that im having in my store with the personalization options. Really recommend!

Love the ease of use and styling options of this app. Beware of slow support though. I had something a little glitchy going on with an option set that I'd created and contacted chat support. Although they ultimately fixed the issue for me, it was kind of a painstaking process with very slow exchanges to keep me updated on what was happening.
