This app is exactly what I was looking for! I wasn't able to get it to integrate with the theme I was using, but Ali was able to assist and set it up perfectly in a day! Update: I wanted to hide my local pickup address as it is a residential address and Ali was able to help me do that and only have the pickup address revealed when orders are made. This is super helpful for small businesses operating out of their homes. I also had an issue with the pickup emails not syncing and he was able to look into it quickly and fix it.

Fantastic App! It matches our need with simple functions, and also amazing tech support service, which helped us fixing all the integration issues with the theme we are using. Also the pickup info can be sync to the order detail and be sent to the warehouse with order so that the logistics team can review and prepare for those pickups

I have recently downloaded the app for a new TakeAway Sushi shop that I am building and I must say the app does exactly what we need. There were some small details about the way things were displayed in the checkout but after a quick conversation with the developer, everything was sorted out. The app works great so far and the developer is really quick and helpful.

My store has a main location and a location that is pickup only. I was struggling to find a way to accomplish this. I downloaded GenieApps and when I couldn’t quite figure out everything I emailed the developer and they went in and set things up for me. We were actually using another app for pickups but it does not have the flexibility like the Genie Store Pickup app. The app is very well thought off, and the developer is very helpful. It was easy to navigate and very good app to use.

This app covers the needs for a Click & Collect based store. We've experienced some problems after installing it, but developers helped us quickly and effective. Very reccomended.

My store is a small online store based in rural Canada. For this reason it's important for me to offer free local pick up options in neighbouring communities. These pickup locations are business friends who have agreed to allow my store to use them for a pickup location. Unfortunately, Shopify didn't have a suitable option to accommodate this (I don't want to stock inventory in these locations). Genie App to the rescue. I'll say it isn't exactly perfect BUT it's about as perfect as it can get when using a work around option. I will also say the customer service Ali offers is excellent and addresses issues quickly. If you are looking for a solution - give Genie app a shot.

Ali was very kind and helped me with some troubleshooting and customization upon installation in a short timeframe which I deeply appreciated. UPDATE: Recently for some reason, it has stopped working properly. I'm waiting for a response from the team and a fix... Most orders don't show the tags, date or time anymore. This app is VERY useful for our store. Their customer service is also exceptionnel. We have had to make many adjustments to fit our needs exactly how we want it to and they are responding super quick and doing all the little twerks to customise it for us. Definitely recommend!!

I think this app helps some, but the information for pickup doesn't initially flow into the packing slip unless you request additional support (we use it to fulfill the orders), and the app uses tags to work, which clogs up the tags so I don't see what I need to see in the dashboard. It feels like the app creators need to go further to put the information - date and time from the customer - into something that we as the end-user can see and print out when dealing with the orders. I downloaded this app back in February of 2022, and the same thing happened then. I was hoping that there were changes from that time, but nope, it's the same.

This is a great app with great support! Easy to use and easy to manage. Only app I could find to force Shopify to allow pick up at my van pick up locations. Love it!

Initially used a paid app for store pickup which worked fine but was expensive. Switched to Genie Store pickup which offers all the same functionality and is free. I did have a few issues setting up - but my store uses a non standard template. The genie support team help and hot it sorted quickly. Would strongly recommend this app.
