I have been using Gem for nearly 2 years now across multiple websites and it has enhanced my website design massively. We use to use other popular page builders but they lacked features which Gem had. There support team is always there to help no matter how small or large the problem is. Even if the problem cant be solved there and then they are prompt to contact once the issue has been resolved. I would recommended Gem for any website project! I really like the request a feature platform and have used it many times with many of my ideas being added. There is the occasional issue with glitching etc but nothing enough to dampen my experience. I look forward to all the new features and updates.

I have found GemPages very easy to use. Like all apps there is a learning curve but this one was painless and the customer service has been 100% spot on. Fast, easy and let me keep going at the high speed I needed to. I will be doing a lot with GemPages.

Amazing customer service. I'm new to GemPages and ran into a few issues with my store and how things were looking on mobile. The customer service team looked into my Shopify code, identified issues and resolved them within an hour. Unbelievable service! Besides that the apps great. I'm not the best with tech but the app makes it super simple to create a very professional looking Shopify store.
