If you are serious about building a BRAND and not a dropshipping store. Invest into GemPages, learn how to utilise it to the full potential. You will never regret it. They have hands down the best customer service in the game and are even willing to custom code certain parts of your website if they don't offer exactly what you are looking for! Can't recommend enough.

Good service, it would be a good idea to increase the number of people for 24 hour and shorter customer service. Nevertheless the service is good and the platform is intuitive.

First of all, I don't talk about the product because there are many reviews about it. I just want to review Gempages support team is really great, I sell personalized products so there are some things I want to customize in the interface that the app doesn't support, Gempages team has supported adding code that part and also helping me integrate third party apps. They always support 24/7 whenever I text need support they always reply me and very professional.

Gempages does a phenomenal creating any page for your website, then allowing you to test different variations to maximize conversion rates. The pages load fast and the templates are fantastic. This page builder is game changer!

This App and the GemPages support team are literally amazing. It's a very feature rich, powerful App yet easy to use and truly makes building a website very intuitive. Speaking with Chris and Janie was so supportive, they stayed with me for every last question and took the time to login and help with elements when needed. As someone who has a little bit of experience with Wordpress but still very much a novice, I would not have been able to build what I have in such a short period of time without this App integrated with Shopify. April 2023 - I had some issues with displaying liquid reviews from Shopify Product Reviews App in addition to old testimonies I didn't want to lose on products no longer available in my shop but very valuable for customers. Discovered today that GemPages do not support Shopify's native translation system, as the pages are hardcoded into the theme's templates. Amazing. And offering a 15% discount on Weglot does not compensate for this. We just got rid of Weglot precisely because it's very expensive, and GemPages locks us in.
